This electronic roster is being provided for your convenience, saving you the time and expense of having to fax or mail it. However, we do need to receive your form (electronically, by fax, or by mail) at least 2 weeks prior to the tournament.

Please list your coaches and include their cell numbers, cell carriers, and email addresses. The cell numbers will be on file at the tournament for communication of rain delays, time changes, brackets, etc. It is very important that we have these contact numbers so that your team can be notified as soon as possible if something changes. NEW: We now have the ability to send notifications directly from the website. To allow this to work, please fill in your cell carrier.
